Update: This is rare as well. So I am doing well so far. No slip ups and not hands in the candy that we have in my office. I see a familiar face about to come in. She is one of our vendors. She is great but she is holding a pink box filled with 2 dozen doughnuts. I’m not just talking about the glazed ones. I’m talking about the cake doughnuts with frosting and old fashion, the good ones, you know? Needless to say they have been sitting in the kitchen for all to enjoy. If I can do as I have set out to do starting today, and pass by those damn treats then I can do anything I set my mind to.
It’s not typical that I write a blog on a Monday morning right before I go to work. Today is different though. I need to write it so that I can use it as motivation and the kick start to my new diet as well as the start of my better well being. I keep waking up with this anxiety that I am going to gain back everything that I have lost. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that doesn’t happen. Knowing myself all too well I need to keep two things very clear, I need to remain on my constant diet and I need to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I did this for almost a year now and need to not stop there. Weight loss is more difficult in the winter because our bodies naturally keep fat on to keep us warm. I have goals for next Spring so I am going to make things happen. I cannot let anything stand in my way. I must attain my next goal.
This was a quick one but I had to put into writing what I keep telling myself.
I hope that everyone has a great week and great Monday. Let’s all take a jump and attain our goals together.
